1.Description

BGD 592 Ink Friction Tester is a newest instrument designed by our company according to GB/T 1770-2008 “Coating Film, Putty Film Sandability Determination Method”, which is used for evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of primer and putty sandability (by sanding back and forth the primer and putty specimens to be measured, the number of times of sanding can be read directly by the counter, and the performance of the primer and putty sandability can be evaluated according to the loaded weight, the number of times of sanding and the degree of abrasion). (According to the load weight, the number of sanding and the degree of abrasion, it can evaluate the performance of the primer and putty in terms of sanding resistance).

The instrument adopts single-chip intelligent control, stepless speed regulation and automatic counting. The LCD screen directly displays the friction speed, friction times and set test times. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, reliable performance and simple operation.
