This instrument is mainly used to measure the thermal resistance of thin thermal conductors, solid electrical insulating materials, thermal conductive silicone, silicone grease, resins, rubber, beryllium oxide ceramics, aluminum oxide ceramics, etc. It also measures the contact thermal resistance at the solid interface and the thermal conductivity of the materials. The tested materials are in solid sheet form. With a frame, it can also test powder and paste materials.

Instrument features
It has an automatic pressure system and an automatic thickness measurement device, and is connected to a computer to achieve fully automatic control.
